Caroline Taylor serves the Nashville community in Whitfield Bryson LLP’s Tennessee office. She helps clients with civil litigation and personal injury issues.

Caroline attended Western Kentucky University where she obtained her undergraduate degree. During her time at Western Kentucky University, she served as the president of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, was involved in other leadership roles in student organizations, and interned with the Cincinnati Bengals. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication, Caroline attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Not only did Caroline finish law school in just two and a half years, but she also graduated Magna Cum Laude, served on the University of Louisville Law Review (Volume 50) and was a member of Law Students for Justice, which is the law school division of the American Association of Justice or AAJ.

During the summer of 2012, Caroline worked as a law clerk for Whitfield Bryson LLP and officially joined the firm as an attorney in March 2013 and became a partner in January 2020. Caroline is extremely dedicated to her clients. In the summer of 2015, she was a member of the legal team that obtained a $681,500 verdict for a client in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Caroline is very active in the legal community. She currently serves as the Chair for the Railroad Section of the American Association of Justice and serves on the organization’s Board of Governors as the Revitalization Member for the state of Tennessee. Caroline is also on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and was appointed to the Tennessee Bench and Bar Committee.

Caroline has been recognized for her success by multiple organizations, including The Best Lawyers in America^© (2020-2021) for Personal Injury Litigation. She has been selected by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as a “Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney In Tennessee Under Age 40” and a “Top 20 Litigation Lawyer In Tennessee Under Age 40” and by The National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40.”
